The brand

After multiple seasons of troubled production, operations and creative we ensured the team that we were the right business to help guide them towards what their version of success was.

The mission; To re-launch Zenosyne into the UK market with an emphasis on premium quality, functional operations and "fresh" creative.

How we helped

We worked backwards from a desired launch, while walking the team through the critical path with outlined shipping duration, factory and mill lead times and organising photoshoots. Outside of planning we had to make sure the new range would be commercial as well as pushing the boundaries within the UK retail market, this was accomplished by assessing trends and asserting the brands new DNA and aesthetic. This required the design and development of every minute detail of the garment from back neck labels, zippers and external brand carriers, while making sure we could ensure consistency across factories and countries. Our passionate design team worked closely with the brand to develop product and encouraged feedback. Regular catch-ups were essential between brand, ourselves and factories, allowing the teams to fully understand the progress.

We helped with

  • trend and market research

  • factory and mill sourcing

  • multi-product range design

  • trim and accessory development

  • techpack and graded size charts

  • production management

  • shipping and logistics

  • website building

  • creative and photography sourcing

Our promise of delivering success meant that we were involved with much more than just design and production. We sourced a trusted fulfilment centre that were able to offer bespoke packing for the premium experience they wanted their customers to receive. Alongside this we developed and sourced packing bags, instruction manuals for sending orders and set up a programme to overlook the warehouse for any issues and enquiries.

The brand successfully launched Summer 2023 and an on-going relationship continues to this day.
